Prepped for COVID-19
Prepped Wellness Takes Action Against Hunger During Ohio Pandemic
As the state of Ohio adjusts to nearly all businesses being shut down to contain COVID-19, Prepped Wellness is not only still operating but is kicking into high gear to help the community find food with their meal delivery program.
The health food business, owned by Youngstown’s Gino West, implemented new protocols from prep to delivery to ensure the health and wellness of all customers, as well as their team. Drivers delivering the food are using a no contact method, leaving packages on doorsteps and avoiding all face-to-face contact. No one but immediate staff is being allowed into the company kitchen.
In response to the need of the community Gino added,
“We have the unique capabilities of providing safe opportunities for everyone to eat healthy from home during this turbulent time. We have a guaranteed supply chain, saving our most vulnerable from shopping. We will do whatever it takes to ensure the people in our communities and those closest to us are protected and looked after. Ensuring their food is delivered, on time and in a safe manner. We must all do our part in response to the current pandemic.”
Prepped Wellness is continuing to monitor the situation and is preparing to solicit and facilitate donations as they devote themselves to providing the best and safest service during this time.
The company will dedicate their resources and people power towards providing the best and safest service to the following counties in Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania – (Mahoning, Trumbull, Columbiana, Mercer and Lawrence counties).
